Open to remote full-time RevOps roles

Revenue Operations Specialist

I build the systems behind predictable revenue.

I connect marketing, sales, CRM, automation, and delivery so every handoff is clear, measurable, and ready to scale from first signal to closed deal.

ICP scoring and enrichment in Clay

Qualified accounts before spending enrichment credits.

I designed an outbound workflow for a European HR and payroll SaaS platform. It evaluated ICP fit, observable intent, weighted buying signals, and the best personalisation angle before using enrichment credits.

Context

The target market was primarily France, with selected European markets available for expansion.

Problem

Enriching every record would waste credits and produce volume without enough evidence of fit or buying intent.

What I built

I designed the workflow to source companies first, evaluate funding, hiring, HR and payroll, multi-location, and culture signals, then select the best-fit contact and assign the most relevant campaign angle.

Operational change

Account qualification happened before contact enrichment, so credits and outreach capacity were reserved for stronger-fit companies.

Verified scope

The design covered a 100 to 500 employee ICP, five weighted signals, persona selection, deduplication, and a target of 50 qualified accounts per month.

Proof available

My private walkthrough includes the Clay workflow, scoring logic, segmentation, and personalisation rules.

Agency operationsUK-based CRO agency

Cross-functional operating system

Built the complete business operation system for a conversion rate optimisation (CRO) agency.

I built and documented the operational layer for a CRO agency whose clients collectively generated over $2M in monthly Shopify revenue. I made delivery handoffs visible from one department to the next and added controls before client updates were sent.

Context

Client work moved through CRO specialists, designers, developers, QA, Shopify implementation, reporting, and client communication.

Problem

Requests, task stages, board relationships, client updates, testing data, and reporting were spread across tools and teams.

What I improved

  1. Business operations system architecture
  2. Workflow automation and AI integrations
  3. Cross-team handoffs and delivery orchestration
  4. CRO testing operations and launch management
  5. Client communications and operational controls
  6. Executive dashboards, reporting, and operational visibility
  7. Internal tools, documentation, SOP management, and system handover

Operational change

I connected Slack requests to structured monday.com work, repaired broken dependencies and synchronisation between monday.com boards, and added review and approval controls before client updates were sent.

Verified scale

The operating layer I created currently supports client work tied to over $2M in combined monthly Shopify revenue.

Client evidence

Full-funnel pipeline automation

Connected property lead generation to CRM action and sales outcomes.

I automated the path from property lead sourcing and skip-trace enrichment to lead scoring, CRM creation, sales notifications, follow-up states, and final sales outcomes.

View system details

Context

The workflow supported a US real estate sales process that needed structured property and owner data inside the CRM.

Problem

Lead sourcing, skip tracing, scoring, spreadsheet preparation, CRM creation, and notifications required repeated manual transfers.

What I built

I connected BatchData search, contact enrichment, filtering, scoring, structured spreadsheet output, HubSpot creation, email notifications, and closed-deal status updates.

Operational change

Lead and property data moved through one structured workflow, sales notifications were automated, and final sales outcomes could be synchronised back to the CRM.

Proof available

My private walkthrough includes the sourcing configuration, scoring and filtering logic, CRM write step, and spreadsheet output.

How I operate

I combine hands-on technical depth with commercial judgment.

I do not start with “what can this tool automate?” I start with the revenue decision, the owner, the handoff, and the evidence the team needs next.

01

I map the revenue logic

I define lifecycle stages, qualification rules, ownership, SLAs, source data, and exception paths before automating the workflow.

02

I build the operating layer

I connect CRM, enrichment, communication, and work management tools so information and ownership move reliably across team boundaries.

03

I make performance visible

I design views, alerts, dashboards, and reporting so the next action and commercial result are easy to understand.

04

I document, maintain, and improve

I document the logic, monitor reliability, fix weak points, and make sure the team can operate the system without depending on hidden knowledge.

Working stack

Tools and capabilities

Tools change. My operating principles do not: clean data, explicit logic, reliable handoffs, and decision-ready reporting.

About me

I understand what happens before and after the automation.

My background spans marketing, lifecycle campaigns, sales conversations, CRM architecture, automation, and technical documentation. It helps me understand both the signal that creates demand and the operational work required after a deal is won.

I see a lead as more than a record. I consider the message that created the response, the signals that indicate fit, the handoff sales needs, and the work required after the opportunity moves forward.

I have supported teams in the UK, France, and US across CRO, RevOps, SaaS, e-commerce, and real estate. I am now focused on bringing that experience into a full-time Revenue Operations role.

My earlier agency work also gave me practical experience with messaging, content, client communication, and dependable delivery.
